This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect during the Stateora beta, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Stateora is an early beta service for generating project handoff packs. You should not submit secrets, confidential client material, sensitive personal data, or anything you are not comfortable sharing with the Stateora team and the AI processing provider used to generate the output.

When you use Stateora, we may collect:

• account information, such as email address, display name, authentication provider and linked identity summary
• newsletter preference and consent records, if you choose to opt in
• the project context you submit
• the options you select, such as source tool, target tool, task type and output preference
• the handoff pack, prompt and verification notes generated from your submission
• feedback you choose to send us
• basic technical information needed to operate, secure and debug the service, such as request time, error logs and abuse-prevention data

Do not submit passwords, API keys, tokens, private customer data, client-confidential material, or anything you are not comfortable sharing.

During the beta, WolfMark Ltd may store submissions and generated outputs privately to improve Stateora.

We keep beta data only for as long as reasonably needed to test, debug and improve the service. We will delete or anonymise beta submissions when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

You can ask us to delete your beta submission by emailing [email protected] with the approximate date/time and a short description of what you entered.

We use this information to:

• generate your Stateora handoff output
• test and improve pack quality
• improve prompts, routing and output structure
• debug errors and prevent abuse
• understand whether Stateora is useful during the beta
• manage your account, sign-in session, plan label and newsletter preference
• respond to feedback or deletion requests

We do not use your submissions to identify you publicly.

Where UK GDPR or applicable data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests to operate, secure, debug and improve Stateora, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, and understand whether the beta is useful.

Where you email us with feedback, support questions, or deletion requests, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. Where a request relates to a possible paid service or future commercial relationship, we may also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Stateora uses third-party AI provider(s) to generate handoff packs.

When you submit context to the beta generator, your submitted context may be sent to a third-party AI provider so the output can be produced.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive, client-protected or secret material.

We may share submitted context with third-party AI provider(s) only as needed to generate the output.

We may also use hosting, logging and infrastructure providers needed to operate the site.

We do not sell your data.

We do not make your submissions publicly accessible.

Stateora does not use advertising trackers or behavioural analytics in the beta. If this changes, we will update this page.

Hosting, infrastructure, forms, email, or embedded assets may still generate standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure - ask us to delete your personal data
• Restriction - ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances
