These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Stateora. Stateora is a product operated by WolfMark Ltd. WolfMark Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17176391), with a registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WolfMark Ltd when operating Stateora.

By accessing or using Stateora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Stateora.

Stateora is currently an early beta service. It is provided for testing, feedback and validation.

The service may change, break, be unavailable, produce incomplete output, or be withdrawn.

Your access to and use of Stateora constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to visitors, beta users, and anyone else who accesses or uses Stateora.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stateora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Some Stateora Cloud features require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and authentication provider secure.

Do not attempt to access another user's projects, account, generated outputs or private workspace data.

Stateora is currently free to use during early beta while we test and improve the handoff format.

We may introduce paid plans, usage limits or access restrictions in the future. We will not claim that the current free beta means the service will remain free forever.

You are responsible for the context you submit and how you use the generated output.

Do not submit:

• passwords
• API keys
• tokens
• private customer data
• client-confidential material
• sensitive personal data
• illegal content
• anything you do not have permission to process or share

Do not use Stateora to:

• break the law or violate applicable UK or international laws or regulations
• violate someone else's rights
• submit malware, harmful instructions, or malicious material
• overload, scrape, crawl, attack, or systematically copy the service without permission
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying systems
• transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• submit secrets or confidential third-party information without permission

Stateora generates handoff packs, prompts and verification notes to help you move project context between AI tools.

Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. You should review all output before using it.

You are responsible for checking any generated instructions, code suggestions, research notes or recommendations before relying on them.

Stateora does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

During the beta, WolfMark Ltd may store submitted context, generated output and feedback privately to test, debug and improve Stateora.

We do not sell your submissions.

We do not publish your submissions.

We do not use your submissions to identify you publicly.

All Stateora site content, product copy, interface design, graphics, logos, icons and code are owned by WolfMark Ltd or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

The WolfMark and Stateora names, logos and brand identities are proprietary to WolfMark Ltd. You may not use them without prior written permission.

You may share links to Stateora and reference Stateora fairly and accurately. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written consent.

Stateora is provided "as is" during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output or permanent availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Stateora at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WolfMark Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Stateora.

WolfMark Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by relying on beta output without review, service interruptions, data you choose to submit, or third-party AI provider behaviour.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Stateora may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. WolfMark Ltd has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
